Winemaking
We select the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes, carry out a cold maceration at 14ºC, and ferment with selected yeasts at 16ºC. The wine is then dealcoholized using the revolutionary GoLo technology through lowtemperature vacuum distillation. This method uses vacuum pressure to lower the temperature required for dealcoholization, making it the most respectful technique for preserving the wine’s original aromas and structure.

Serving Suggestions
Perfect to serve as an apéritif, and even to accompany all kinds of fish, seafood and rice dishes. Serve well chilled at around 4ºC.
Bright yellow with green highlights. Very fruity, reminiscent of tropical fruit such as passion fruit and Mediterranean citrus fruit tones. Refreshing, flavoursome and young.
