LIX, the Roman numeral for 59, is a low-calorie, dealcoholized wine with less than 59 calories per glass.

We select the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, macerate them at 14ºC and ferment them with selected yeasts at 25ºC. The wine is then dealcoholized using the revolutionary GoLo technology through lowtemperature vacuum distillation. This method uses vacuum pressure to lower the temperature required for dealcoholization, making it the most respectful technique for preserving the wine’s original aromas and structure.

Delicious with red meat, spicy dishes and goat cheeses. Serve at 16-18ºC.
