Winemaking
We select the finest Viura grapes and carry out a cold maceration for 4 hours to extract their full aromatic potential. The wine is then dealcoholized using the revolutionary GoLo technology through low-temperature vacuum distillation. This method uses vacuum pressure to lower the temperature required for dealcoholization, making it the most respectful technique for preserving the original aromas and structure of the wine. Afterward, fresh grape must is added, and the wine is carbonated until the desired pressure is achieved.

Serving Suggestions
Ideal to have as an aperitif or as a dessert. Always serve very cold, at about 4ºC.
Bright yellow with golden rim. Very fruity, with hints of honey and white pip fruits, like apple and pear. Tasty and refreshing. In the mouth, the creaminess of the gas recalls the aromas of fruit combined with a slightly sweet but fresh flavour.
