Winemaking
We select the best Mediterranean grapes, macerate them at 14ºC and ferment them with selected yeasts at 16ºC. We then carry out the dealcoholisation of the wine by means of the spinning cones method. This method is the most respectful to the wine, maintaining all of the original aromas and structure. Finally, this 0.0% refreshing drink is vinified. Product suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Serving Suggestions
Perfect to serve as an apéritif, and even to accompany all kinds of fish, seafood and paellas. Always serve well chilled, at around 4ºC.
